Summerville Plants works with an enthusiastic team. In addition to the 2 owners Leo and Robert, the regular team consists of: Loes, Ahmid, Antonino, André and Marga.
The financial administration is taken care of by Anita. On Saturday mornings and school holidays, a large group of students is at work.
The labor needs of the company differ throughout the year. From September through March, the labor requirement gradually increases, and when the delivery period begins, there is a labor peak that continues until June. This peak of work is absorbed by a group of seasonal employees.
